Bathrooms to 10 Smith Street have progressively been upgrade over recent years. ISPT and CBRE engaged Synergy for the most recent upgrade on a design and construct basis as they felt the current design needed some tweaking.

Synergy were asked to revise the design of several key elements to alleviate existing minor design flaws. The completed bathrooms expanded on the existing design and incorporated changes that have improved the functionality and aesthetic of the bathrooms.
