This make good project to Level 2 at 100 Pacific Highway North Sydney, was completed recently for ISPT and CBRE. 100 Pac Hwy is a premium asset and the make good works had to be carried out with no disruption to other occupants. Level 2 is approximately 1500m2 and despite a number of scope changes along the way, the project was completed on time and on budget.
